Circle not pausing Apple devices

It would be good to know a bit more about your setup, including what kinds of Apple devices you're using and whether or not you have access to them. Some iOS devices have a network security option that manipulates the iOS device's MAC address, it is possible that the device that's listed in Circle is not the device that's connected to your network.

When Apple released this feature, I disabled this feature on my kids' devices so I could reliably track them in Circle.
