Circle not showing up as an option on Netgear AC1750, Model R6400

I have an R6400 with the latest firmware, I have parental controls turned on, yet there is no option to turn on Circle by Disney. What am I missing?

    The Circle feature is supported by the R6400v2.

      The model number on the device sticker will indicate R6400v2.

      Can I upgrade my R6400 to R6400V2 so I can access to the circle functionality? Please advise how.  Thanks,

        The R6400v2 is a separate hardware/device from the v1.
