Circle on Orbi limitations

Hi All

Have just bought an Orbi mesh system specifically for the Circle parent controls but have been dissappointed straight away unfortunately.  I've search here and come to the following conclusions that I'd like confirmed:

1. Monitoring of mobile phones away from home wifi is no longer available when using Circle on Netgear.  Can only do that now with the actual Circle Home Plus.
2. I can't set a separate schedule for different apps.  The netgear website shows different settings for Playtime/Homework/Bedtime but the Circle app only has Time limits/Offtime/Bedtime.  I really need to the "homework time" schedule where social media and gaming turns off but internet is still available.

I'd appreciate the confirmation as the device will be returned if it won't operate as advertised.
