Circle on R7000

I am unable to find the circle device on my phone. I have the most current update for the router and the app. I had to reset the app because it was causing issues, before that it found my router just fine. I have the circle control enabled on the netgear admin page and I restarted it, but I still get the message that the app can't find my router.

    Hello Geonz,

     

    May you factory reset router by holding down on the reset button for 15+ seconds using a pin/needle. You will need to run through the setup assistant again and you may do so using the Nighthawk app.
