Circle parent control issue after switching to new iphone

Question

After switching to new iphone, my circle app asks me to enter the passcode. I didn't set any passcode before. There is an option to ask the app the send the code to my phone number, but it seems not able to send it to my phone. Anyone meet this issue? How to resolve it?
