Circle pass code not sent

Hello community. I have searched the threads here on the forums and see many issues with "not getting SMS pass code" or "pass code not working" but I haven't seen any solutions published. I had to do a factory rest on my phone and when I installed Circle again, it will not send me an SMS pass code - it pop ups a failed message. Is there any way I can fix this? I really wanted to subscribe to the yearly plan, so I cancelled my monthly one in hopes of that working... it does not.

    Want to get rid of circle but passcode does not seem to be able to reset. We do not even use the service and it’s affecting some of our devices. Tired the reset sms and it gives me an error. Need passcode thanks
