Circle passcode (not able to receive text message with passcode)

Question

I am trying to retrieve 4 digit circle passcode. App says it has sent passcode via text message but I never receive one. Can you please help with this issue?

Hardware Vesion # RBR50

Firmware Version # V2.5.2.4

Serial Number # Will PM if needed
