Circle passcode not received on text
I am not getting the passcode via text on my phone to manage my existing circle on my netgear r8000 after switching phones despite selecting that I am the only admin.

I have the same problen I have a new mobile phone and I am not recieving the text to access the app I am the only admin. I let my subscription lapse thinking I could then reset everything this did not work please can someone contact me to reset my passcode once I can access the app I will restart my subscription. thanks

I get the text but it says "Check the code and try again". Tried reinstalling the app, rebooting the router and turning off/on circle on the router.
