Circle "passcode" reset

I can't get into Disney circle app.  The app keeps asking for a passcode.  I tried rebooting router, phone, used a different phone but haven't had any luck.  Any idea how to get into the Disney Circl...

        So, Christian didn't provide you with the code? How did you reach Disney?
