Circle "passcode" reset

I can't get into Disney circle app.  The app keeps asking for a passcode.  I tried rebooting router, phone, used a different phone but haven't had any luck.  Any idea how to get into the Disney Circl...

        I reached out to Disney Circle support. After a few emails they were able to provide me with the code.
