Circle "passcode" reset

I can't get into Disney circle app.  The app keeps asking for a passcode.  I tried rebooting router, phone, used a different phone but haven't had any luck.  Any idea how to get into the Disney Circl...

Same problem here, sent Christina a private msg with the model, s/n and my email, contact, didn't see the reply yet...

    I never got a reply from Christian, even though I can see he has been active on the boards. I went directly to the Circle website and got help there immediately.
