Circle premium filters not enforced

Circle Premium features have become largely useless in the last few days. Pause and bedtime limits work but content filters are not enforced. In the history, the App shows sites as blocked but in reality they work just fine. I already tried restarting computers and routers - nothing changed. Please fix this issue. I am paying for premium service but get bupkes.
