Circle Premium no longer working
As of 11/12 Circle is no longer blocking websites based on settings. The visited and filtered history are also no longer populating. And off times are no longer respected.

Hi Peytonloki,
May you factory reset your router by holding down on the reset button for 15+ seconds using a pin/needle. You will need to run through the setup assistant again and you may do so using the Orbi app.

Thanks for confirming. I would recommend using the following link to open a support case regarding Circle: https://www.netgear.com/support/contact.aspx. To open a support case, please follow the steps below.
1. Select "Get help on my NETGEAR product"
2. Select your country
3. Select "I have a NETGEAR product without a serial number"
4. In the dropdown menu, please select "Circle" as the product
