Circle Premium no longer working
As of 11/12 Circle is no longer blocking websites based on settings. The visited and filtered history are also no longer populating. And off times are no longer respected.

When I do that, I receive the following:

I can’t open a ticket without paying for support. This doesn’t appear to be an issue limited to my experience, since I’m seeing multiple reports of Circle Premium features not working by various users.

Funny thing is that as of today the history and usage started working, but now when I have any filter at all selected, it blocks sites it shouldn't be blocking. Found this out when the kids tried to get on their school websites for class.

Same issue here. Suddenly blocked school portal so I had to move his Chromebook to my profile to get it to work, and as of today, premium is back to not working at all (showing the "upgrade to premium" stuff again). Very frustrating. This Circle on an Orbi.
