Circle setup endless loop

I am attempting to setup Circle on my router.

Router is R6400v2 (Nighthawk AC1750) with firmware V1.0.2.60_10.0.44.

(The dropdown menu does not provide this option)

Circle is enabled on the router under the Parental Controls tab.

Agent Version: 2.0.8.9
App Database Version: 1.3.1

I am using the Circle iOS app to complete setup:

iOS v 11.4.1

Circle App v 2.0.17

I get as far as the Enable Circle section and it endlessly loops.

This appears to be the same issue in this thread.

In this thread, the user did nothing and the issue resolved itself on Jan 23, 2018.

I have recreated the same steps as above user (doing nothing until Jan 23, 2018) yet my issue still persists. Please advise.
