circle with disney app setup

Hi I'm trying to setup the circle with Disney app.  Previously when I attempted, it just keeps sending me the passcode over and over again but it doesn't advance as it says that it cannot connect.  Now when I try logging in to app, it won't send a passcode to login when I request that I'm the only admin.  I've deleted and reinstalled app several times and rebooted my router.  Please advise
