Circle with Disney

I’m an issue understanding the blocked feature. I have twitter and another site blocked. When I go to history and see visited and filtered, I click filtered and see that that device has tried to access those sites. But they swear to god they haven’t. So who right the router or the kid?? It’s causing such drama, I’m about to just return router. Please HELP. Thank you
