Disable Circle first generation on Netgear

Question

My Circle First Gen is no longer working so I purchased a Circle Home Plus and am trying to work through the set-up config; however, it keeps saying that "circle home" is still enabled. I cannot disable Circle 1st Gen on the Netgear.
