Disney Circle 4 digit Admin Passcode

Hello...

 

I really need help.....I am the administrator of my home network - using a Nighthawk R700p router w/ Disney Circle for Parental Control. As the admin I must have provided a phone number upon inital setup which was several years ago. I have since changed jobs and no longer have that cell phone - I am not trying to set up Circle again on my network but am completely locked out of any functionality within the app. I NEED to reset the 4 digit code so I can actually gain access to the app and "Manage" the Circle. I really hope there is someone out there who can help - Disney Circle has virtually NO SUPPORT
