Disney Circle Access via Orbi

Question

I routinely have problems 'Connecting to Circle' via the app when I am outside my WiFi.&nbsp; Any idea on what I can do?&nbsp; I already logged onto my Orbi remotely then accessed the Disney Circle app from the Orbi app and still cannot connect to my Circle app.&nbsp; Any help is greatly appreciated. - BTW, I'm supposedly outside the upgrade timeframe posted on their website.

Hi donellyd, welcome to the community! What is the firmware version of the router? Is the mobile device on iOS or Android? Please make sure that the firmware of the router is up to date.
