Disney Circle and Orbi
I have an Orbi AC3000 system and the Disney Circle parental control hardware 1st generation. I didn't know that Disney Circle was included with the Orbi system. My Circle parental controls have dropped service every once in awhile. Could that be because I also have the Circle hardware connected to my Orbi router? Should I get rid of the Circle hardware and just use what's provided through the Orbi? Any thoughts or recommendations would be helpful.

Hi Ecclesia1, welcome to the community! If you are already using a Circle hardware then there is no need for you to enable the feature on your Orbi router. The Circle feature for the Orbi requires a separate subscription described on the link below.
