Disney Circle blocking Disney+

I just purchased and setup the new modem/router.  Everything works well.  Then I turned on the Disney Circle parental controls and set up the family profiles and filters.  My problem at this point is no matter what filter is turned on it won't allow the Disney+ app to play any movies, and there is a few other apps that it won't allow.  I thought I could check the history to see what I needed to set to "Allow" but it doesn't work that way apparently since it is an app not an actual website.  ANy help is appreciated!
