Disney Circle on Nighthawk AC2300

We have installed the Circle on our mobile devices (my wife and I), set parameters, and have seen it work.  None of the other familiy members have access to the Circle administration, only my wife and I.  It seems though that every time we set the parameters for my daughter's iPod that after a while her parameters are all turned off.  We can even pause her internet connection and in a while it is unpaused and no paramters are set.  What do we need to do to keep our parameters on?  What are we doing wrong here?  Please help.
