Disney Circle Passcode Reset

After changing my phone i reinstalled circle app, Now getting error 'Not able to connect' while entering passcode. Might be possible that i forgot that. 

 

Tried resetting passcode but not getting SMS. Please help

      I am also having a problem with th eCircle passcode.    I got a new phone and now I can't get in.  I hve been trying for a few days. 

      I can see the router,  I have also reset the router a few times.  I am gettign the sms message but when I try to log in with the passcode it says  "failed to verify the Passcode"  I pay monthly for the circle service . So I would like for it to work.

        Hi bigmoebbq, welcome to the community! Other users who experienced a similar error reported that a factory reset was able to fix the issue. That's something that you can try. If the issue persists, please let me know.

      Hi!  I have the same problem...I got a new phone and wasn't able to reset my Circle password.  Will you help me please?  Thank you!
