Disney circle

Hi

 

After having my phone stolen and replaced I now cannot access the disney circle app. I request for the passcode to be sent va text and I do not receive a text. The phone number has stayed the same.

 

I have reset the router and still no luck.

 

Any advice as it appears this has been a problem for others.

    Really dissappointed. No response from support on here. To have a subscription service with Disney circle and not have any way of getting any support is unacceptable. It should be  a simple process to reinstall the app and get going again.

     

    Looks like I will be looking at cancelling my payment to Disney Circle.
