DNS timeout issues with Disney Circle on Netgear R8000 Part Duex

Like in this old discussion, https://community.netgear.com/t5/Circle-Smart-Parental-Controls/DNS-timeout-issues-with-Disney-Circle-on-Netgear-R8000/td-p/1562140 the DNS Timeouts continue to persist even with the latest firmware release, https://kb.netgear.com/000062132/R8000-Firmware-Version-1-0-4-58.  Disabling Circle or Switching over to OpenDNS fixes the issue.

Does anyone know if this bug was supposed to be fixed?  I'd rather not give up the Parental Control features just to keep stable internet service.  Any advice or information would be geatly appreciated.

Currently running V1.0.4.58_10.1.72.

I tried 3 different ammo websites today among others, all timed out resolving the host.  I was running a packet capture at the time.  I can provide it.  Turned off Circle and they instantly resolved and I was able to browse to the websites.

I will PM you with the link to the PCAP file and the links if it allows me to.  I couldn't post them here. :-/

The DNS resolution issues goes away also if I go from Adult with everything allowed to None for the filter.  The DNS issue also goes away if I directly add the website name under the custom filters while the Adult filter is active.

        This is unacceptable.
