Family Circle Passcode

I have Family Cirle Enabled on my Netgear Router, but when I upgreaded my phone from a Galaxy 7 to a Galaxy 10, I seemingly locked myself out.  The passcoded resend doesn't work and I don't know the 4 digit # ?
