Forgot Orbi RBR50 Circle passcode

Like many others I don't know what my Circle passcode is on my Orbi RBR50 and I'm not sure what phone number the reset link it going to since I never receive a text.  Can I get some help from a moderator on resetting that, please?

    Any help or suggestions on this?  I'd really like to be able to setup parental controls, but need to reset Circle first.
