Gateway error 504 timed out

Everytime my kids get home from school and start using the WiFi the message comes up with gateway error 504 timed out.  Then I have to go through the entire pairing process again which takes at least 5 minutes,  this can happen multiple times a night.  I have only one WiFi network for it to recognize, I am very frustrated.  Anyone else have this problem and have a solution?  Thank you.

    Do we have Circle with Disney in the play on your R6900?

    Edit: Of course, as per the subforum, sorry please.

     

    The meet Circle Support Center does suggest this: I'm Getting a "504" Gateway Timeout Error - but again this is the time consuming process you already do...
