GoogleVideo.com is categorized as Science & Technology instead of Videos

I found out that GoogleVideo.com is categorized as "Science & Technology" instead of "Videos".   Therefore, the time limits I set for Videos are not enforced for any video streaming through GoogleVid...

As the two screen shots below show, as of Feb 13 and 15, GoogleVideo.com is sometimes categorized as YouTube but sometimes as Science & Technologay.

Not only that, but YouTube.com itself is sometimes categorized as Science & Technology (see Feb 15, 7:37am)!

      DexterJB ,  referring me to Circle doesn't solve the problem.

       

      Are other users seeing the same issue?   It can't be only me.
