How do you cancel a Circle 1st Gen subscription?
Several years ago I signed up for Circle 1st Gen Premium. After a great deal of difficulty I finally got it to install and be enabled. It never really allowed me to do anything and I forgot about it. But every year I get billed 49.99 for the service and I want out! The app on my phone still works but all of the directions say to open the menu and select Subscriptions. Well sadly there is not anything in the app that says Subscriptions. The menu has
HOME
Add Profile
Devices
Manage
Help
You would think selecting Manage might get you somewhere but once again the items availabe have nothing to do with Subscriptions. There is no 'support' for Circle on Netgear except hopefully this community.

You might get more luck in the appropriate section:
If you are using an android phone then you need to go into your google account. There is a subscription part where you can cancel the circle subscription.
