How to turn Ad-Block OFF (it's stuck on)

Hello, I purchased an Orbi mesh system in 2017 and configured Disney Circle (built in). Back then, ad-block was a filter option in Circle, so I turned it on. Lately it has been breaking some links (like google shopping suggestions) so I'd like to TURN AD-BLOCK OFF. But I see the feature has been removed from Circle... And yet my system continues to block ads. So how do I turn it off?

 

I'd really rather not factory reset my Orbi. I have several devices and static routing and other config data already put in my system that would take a while to reconstruct. My Orbi Firmware is up to date with version: V2.3.5.30

 

I'm using the Circle "1st gen" app Version 2.1.5 on Android Version 9.

    Hi Briguy, welcome to the community! You can try and backup your router settings before resetting it then test if the issue will no longer persist. You can restore the settings afterwards if it does persist.
