I am also not receiving any passcode on my phone

Hi,

 

I was having issues with circle, it was filtering websites which were education and school portal. I tried many options but failed. then I though to delete and reinstall. Since then I am unable to log into circle. It is continuously asking for  Password and there is no option to over ride or generate. I am also not recieving any passcode on my phone.

 

Kinldy guide as I have few sett8ings in that account which needs to be reset.
