I am trying to get my Circle back on my phone

I am trying to get my Circle back on my phone. It is part of our Netgear router and has worked well in the past.  I have a new phone and cannot log into Circle.  I have deleted and reinstalled the app on my phone and reset the router. The app recognizes the wifi but I cannot get the four digit code to log in.  Phone numbers are different from when we set up the router originally.  I hope someone can help me get this set up and working again.
