I need a WiFi router that will allow me to set up "homework time".

I'm shopping for a new wifi router. I need one that will allow me to set up "homework time" where wifi is on but restricted to the websites (URL) I specify. In other words a time period with web filtering.

Is this a feature of Smart Parental Controls, and if so, which NETGEAR models should I look at. The "homework time" as described above and excellent gaming performance are my two requirements.
