Issue with setting up Circle with Disney in Orbi

I tried to sign-up with Circle that is inside my Orbi Router but I keep getting to a screen that asks "Enter Passcode. Ask your current Circle admin for the passcode. It's located on their Circle app, in the menu, under "Manage" and then "Get Circle Passcode" and "I'm the only Circle admin".

The problem is me or my wife can't get far enough into the app to get to the menu to find the circle passcode. And when I click on "I'm the only Circle admin' the passcode never arrives to my phone.

Can someone please help me get out of this loop?
