Hi mfleishman, welcome to the community! On the Circle app, please try going to Menu (3 lines on the top left) > Manage > Get Circle Passcode. Take note of the new passcode. Then uninstall and reinstall the app. Login using the new passcode and enable the app lock PIN following the steps on the link below.

Once you've done this, you can then ask your child to uninstall the Circle app from his/her device.

I asked him already. He said no. He’s 16. You try to get a 16 year old to uninstall an app on their phone. It’s like taking their civil liberties away.
Also, he KNOWS the circle passcode. The passcode never changes! So that solution doesn’t work. If you don’t have a better solution for me, then I need to cancel my membership and look for an alternative method. I guess Circle is designed more for a 9 year old.
