Need Passcode for Circle App

Hello!

I recently got a new phone and went to login to my Circle App, which I had previously on my old phone, and I keep getting the resend Passcode, and it never comes to my new phone.  My new phone has the same number as my old phone.

I also did a restore from old to new, and that doesn't seem to fix it.

 

I have followed the steps to reset the parental controls on my Nighthawk X6 R8000, power cycled the router, renabled Parental Controls, and deleted and then re-downloaded the Circle app to my new phone, and I ma still stuck! I am the only admin, and I'm not recieving any codes.

 

Please help!
