Need passcode for Disney Circle App, as upgraded my mobile

Hi,

 

I'm unable to access the Disney Circle app on my new mobile smart phone, as it is requesting the passcode.  I used the 4 digit passcode from 2019 (when I last upgraded my mobile) but it doesn't work.  I've clicked on 'resend passcode', but nothing comes through.

 

Confirm the following details:

Model Number: R7000 (AC1900 Smart WiFi Route by Netgear Nighthawk)
