Netgear router with packet filterning
Is there any netgear router available with packet filtering facility. I am trying to block VPN access as my kids seems to be able to circumvent Circle parental control with VPN. Some new VPN don't even use standard VPN port and difficult to block like Lantern.

Probably need to be more invasive with managing the devices.
ALso check into some OpenDNS or NextDNS services.
