New phone cannot login to Circle

Hi,

 

I have a new phone and cannot login to Circle. I still have the old phone and verified that the email address is accurate and have tried different variations of the case. Whenever I try to reset the password the app displays "unable to send code."

 

Any tips?

        Never got mine going. The passcode provided by support wouldn’t work and the answer was to factory reset and set everything up from scratch. NOPE!
