- Never got mine going. The passcode provided by support wouldn’t work and the answer was to factory reset and set everything up from scratch. NOPE!
Do have a different phone or pad available by chance?

NOPE!- Just a heads up - after seeing a few replies to this thread I reinstalled the app, entered the code from my working “old phone” and got right in. Really strange because this didn’t work at all in the past and the response was to hard reset and try it again.
