Nighthawk 7000 Circle

We use "Circle with Disney" on our Netgear.  I'm main admin, and I added my wife as an admin when we set up Cirlce 6 months ago. My wife just got a new Android phone. We tried to re-install Circle on her new phone. The app asks for a Circle Passcode. We got the passcode from my phone, and typed it into her phone. her phone wouldn't accept the passcode.  We typed it multiple times, and I know it was typed correctly. How do we get her to be an admin again?
