Nighthawk AC4000 Parental Controls - Circle

I have a new iphone and when I went to access the parental controls via the circle app, it is asking for a passcode from the circle admin. I selected "I'm the only circle admin" to have a code texted to me and I do not receive a text.  I've tried several times.  Any suggestions?  I'm paying yearly fees for the circle parental controls.
