Nighthawk R6700 Latest Firmware - Circle Gone?

I've been using Circle and the MyCircle app with my netgear router and with a recent firmware update it appears that the circle symbol in the Nighthawk app has disspeared and circle stopped working altogether. 

I had a device locked with Circle that I can't seem to unlock anymore which seems really strange. I rebooted my modem and but the tv I locked shows connectivity to the router but no internet while all my other devices are working fine.

Any thoughts on how to resolve this - In a normal situation, I would go into the Circle app and unlock the device and I'd be fine. I thought rebooting everything would solve the problem but that doesn't seem to take care of the issue.
