Not able to retrieve passcode

Question

Hi,&nbsp;Im having Circle 1st generation installed on my netgear router. Yesterday I had to reset my phone and after that, im not getting the passcode to manage circle. Even tried the option to send as sms, but SMS not coming.&nbsp;Can you please help me as im stuck now.&nbsp;Please.&nbsp;Gopi.
