Not receiving SMS code for Circle

I have a new phone and I’m trying to set up my Circle application. I am trying to get a new code sent to me but the SMS message never arrives. I have no clue where it’s being sent. How can I get this ...

Recently bought this router second hand, when the Circle is enabled it try and send SMS code.

 

How can i reset this to start from new as I cant use the feature

      Please post this answer for everyone. I am having the exact same issue and it’s very frustrating when the text never arrives. I’m paying for premium subscription but I am not receiving the service. Help please

        i am also having a problem. circle simply stopped working, and when i try to log in again i am told the passcode is wrong - even when i put what circle has sent me via SMS.
