Only block site within a specified time range

Is it possible to block sites only within certain time frames with Circle? For example:
 
00:00 - 09:00: website/service (e.g. youtube.com) blocked
09:00 - 19:00: website/service (e.g. youtube.com) available
19:00 - 00:00: website/service (e.g. youtube.com) blocked

    Circle currently does not support this feature.
