Ooredoo Orbi Circle Passcode on Old Number

Question

I was kicked out of my circle app and cannot get logged back in because I no longer have the number associated with my account to retrieve the 4 digit passcode. I have the AC3000 Orbi Tri-band WiFi Router and I am using the Circle 1st generation app. From certain posts found on the forum, it became my best bet to send a message here to try change the mobile number

I cannot request for NetGear support as the complimentary technical support has expired. I just want to fix the mobile network issue. I cannot configure the circle account without my old phone number
