Orbi / Circle not pausing when time limit reached

ok I have seen several posts with no answers other than the asking party being sent a DM....  I just set up my new Orbi 2 weeks ago and to date the circle function of pausing the internet for a user when their time limit is reached is not working.  I get a notification when they reach the limit but nothing happens and I have to manually pause it.

 

please help
